This Pumpkin jewellery beading pattern gives you instructions for a bracelet and a pair of earrings.

Materials

For the bracelet, you will need size 11 delicas and Crescent beads.

I made the earrings with size 15 seed beads and of course the Crescent beads.

When I was buying the Crescent beads (thank you very much to Davida at The Old Bicycle Shop!), I wasn’t sure about colouring. So, I ended up with just about every shade of orange I could see. These included really beautiful colours. So, I thought I would try some different coloured pumpkin jewellery.

I have included the details about the colours in the pattern. So, if you are looking at this and thinking you have a preference, you will be able to use the exact same beads as me.

Techniques

I used Peyote stitch for both these pieces of Pumpkin jewellery. So, for the bracelet, you are going to use even count flat Peyote.

I used circular and tubular Peyote for the earrings. If you need any extra help with this technique, I have a free tutorial right here.

About the Pumpkin Jewellery Set

As you will have gathered, my Pumpkin jewellery set includes a bracelet and earrings. I was inspired by the Crescent beads. I thought they would make great Pumpkins. So, I began formulating ideas in my head. Happily, when I came to try them out on the beads, they worked.

I started with the earrings. Then, as so often happens, one thing led to another and I came up with an idea for a bracelet. I really hadn’t expected this!

It also occurred to me that you could use the earrings as charms. So, if you like your jewellery sets to match, then try making a charm bracelet or necklace with your earrings.

You might also like to use these little pumpkins as decorations or goody-bag gifts for a Halloween party. They don’t take too long to make!

So, I hope this little treat brings you some spookily good fun…
