Geometric Beadwork

In this area, I have links to all the patterns, kits and books that use geometric beadwork techniques. Therefore, you can use this section to access all the products on this theme.

What do I mean by Geometric Beadwork?

Well, if you know your beading, you will know that there is a whole school of beading techniques referred to as ‘geometric beadwork’. You may be thinking abstract geometric shapes. You would be right! Jean Power, a good friend of mine, is one of the most well-known artists in this genre. Her fabulous designs create statement jewellery using angular shapes. So, you will find some patterns from me that fit right in this theme.

However, I have also used the geometric beadwork techniques to create somewhat different beaded items. My gingerbread house box is made from these techniques. Or, how about a key lime pie necklace? Or pizza earrings? So, I bet you didn’t know they had geometric origins! Well, this section curates all the patterns and books that are based on these geometric beading techniques.

Please remember to check back here regularly as I will be adding new designs. If you would like more information about the beads and techniques, then visit www.myworldofbeads.com. You can read blogs about everything you need to know. Finally, if you have any questions about any products, please just drop me an email. I’m always happy to help!
