Seed Beads

Here are all my patterns that use just seed beads. So, you won’t find any shaped or multi-holed beads in these projects. Neither will you find pearls, crystals, or anything else.

Defining Seed Beads

I have defined seed beads in the following way. Any bead that is a rocaille or cyclinder bead. So, this covers all brands and all sizes.

If you are not familiar with the term rocaille, it is the technical name for the more rounded beads. So, this would include things like Miyuki size 11, Toho beads, Matsuno beads, Czech beads. It also includes the cheaper beads from places like China.

Cylinder beads are the ‘proper’ name for the specific brands, like Delica and Aiko. So, these beads also come in different sizes. But they are more regular (square) in shape.

So, if you have any of those types of beads that you want to use, this is the place to find some pattern inspiration.
