The advanced patterns here are all suitable if you are confident and have a good level of experience. In some cases they use advanced techniques, in other cases they may have simple thread paths, but are tricky to make. Please also bear in mind that you may be advanced in terms of general beading experience, but if you are trying a new technique, you will want to start with an easier pattern. This will allow you to get used to the new thread path or new beads. You will find you move on quickly, but remember to be kind to yourself as you learn.
