Daisy French Beading Pattern
This French Beading pattern is designed to introduce you to two techniques. You will learn a variation on the looping techniques. Then receive a gentle introduction to the ‘basic’ technique. This latter technique is a staple of many French beading patterns. It is used to make individual petals or leaves to be assembled into full flowers.
I designed the daisy French beading pattern very early on in my own explorations of French beading. I realised it was an excellent way to develop your skills and techniques. So, I wrote the instructions with this in mind.

Materials
You will need size 11 Matsuno seed beads and coloured craft wire to match or tone with your beads. You will also need some floral stem tape, some stiffer lengths of wire and some embroidery silk to finish the stems of your French Beaded flowers. I sell all these materials in the beading supplies department.
You are welcome to try a different brand of seed beads from your stash. However, you may find you need to make alterations to the pattern instructions if you do this. Different seed bead brands are a different size, as this blog explains.
