Description
This Paisley Duo bangle is simple to make. The pattern tells you how to size it. So, you will be able to create your perfect fit.
Materials
For the Paisley Duo bangle, you will need the following beads:
- Paisley Duo Beads
- Superduo beads
- 4mm pearls
- Size 8 seed beads
- True2 beads
- Your choice of beading thread
You can find all these materials in my beading supplies department, right here>>
I used fireline thread as it gives me good tension and is strong. But I know that not everyone agrees with me on that. So, you should use whatever beading thread works best for you. You will want to get a good tension to keep this bangle in shape.
Experience and Techniques
I made the Paisley Duo bangle base using simple Right Angle Weave. If this is a new technique for you, then you should also download my free tutorial to teach you the basics. If you want to find out more about RAW, check out this blog>>
The embellishment on top is simple to add. You are just going to be stringing beads.
So, this is a pattern that anyone can try.
About the Paisley Duo Bangle
Paisley Duo beads are quite new to market. I received some in a trial pack from the Beadsmith, as part of my work for the Beadsmith Inspiration Squad.
So, this Paisley Duo Bangle was my first experiment with them. I love their shape, so wanted to try them out as an embellishment. I tried a few different orientations. But this one reminded me a little of hearts. Hence the name I gave this design.
This bangle is easy to size. So, in the pattern, I have given you detailed instructions for sizing bangles and shown you how to alter the size of this one. If you want to know more about bracelet sizing, then try this handy blog>>
