About the French beaded Poinsettia

Anyway, back to your French beaded Poinsettia pattern.

This is a project that is suitable for all levels. I have taught it to complete beginners. And with the aid of the videos in the book, you’re going to feel like you have me in your craft room with you!

You just need 24ga (0.5mm) wire and size 11 seed beads for the plant. You will also want some 28ga (0.315mm) wire for the flower centres. Apart from that, you just need floral stem tape and embroidery silk. You can get all the supplies in my beading supplies department.

The technique is really simple. My plant is about 4″ tall, plus the pot. But it is very easy to change the size to scale this up or down. So, you can create whatever size you need.

This is also a fairly quick project to make. So, if Christmas is approaching fast and you’re desperate for a centrepiece to get people talking, look no further!

I pair this with the Holly place card holders and Ivy napkin rings to create a full theme for my Festive table. But you can just use the plant on its own for a lovely decoration.
