I have put these kits together to back up my National Beading Week 2017 beadalong. If you are not sure how a beadalong works, please read this blog.
Briefly, I will be releasing the instructions for each project in a daily blog post. So, you can bead along with everyone else during National Beading Week 2017 (29th July-6th August 2017). You can now find the instructions here.
What does my National Beading Week 2017 kit contain?
Your kit will contain all the beads and thread/wire that you will need for your chosen project. I have NOT included needles or any other tools in the kits. As I have just said, the project instructions are NOT included in the kit, but will be released on my blog during National Beading Week 2017.
The exact materials in each kit are as follows:
Size 8 seed beads, 4mm pearls, 4mm faceted beads, a toggle clasp and beading thread.
These materials will make one bracelet.
Size 11 Delicas and beading thread.
These materials will make one flower.
French Beaded Flower
28ga craft wire in two colours, size 11 seed beads, 6mm faceted bead, floral stem tape and embroidery thread.
This kit should make three flowers.
24ga craft wire in two colours, size 11 seed beads, floral stem tape and embroidery thread.
This kit will make 1-2 strawberries.
Colouring for the Kits
I have not shown different colour combinations because I am going to give you a surprise! So, please choose the colour that you most like from the available colour options. I will then build your personalised kit around your choice.
The strawberry is only available in red. The French beaded flower also has a limited colour range.
If you are not keen on surprises, then you can choose your own materials. So, if you wish to do this, please read this blog to get a list of the materials required for each project. Follow the ‘buy materials’ buttons on that blog post to then buy the things you need.
You are very welcome to include a note with your order if you have a specific request. I will do my best to meet these, but no guarantees!
If you have any questions, please contact me.
